| Hardy Magnolia grandiflora-selection (-25oC); strong, upright growth. Long leaf of which the underside is a felty light brown. The large creamy flowers are very aromatic in spring and in summer. The long branches can stand up to heavy snow. Unfortunately there are false Edith Bogue's available. These have leggy branches and do not flower properly.
